Every project starts with a conversation.

We’ll discuss what you’re looking to achieve, your requirements, budget, preferred timeframe and any ideas you already have. This gives us a chance to understand your project properly and make sure we’re the right fit for each other.

If everything sounds right, we’ll arrange an in-person consultation.

We’ll visit your property to take accurate measurements, understand the space and talk through your ideas in more detail.

During the visit, we can show you material and finish samples, examples of our recent work and discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

Once we understand the full scope of the project, we’ll prepare your quotation.

Once you receive your quotation, you’ll have the opportunity to review everything and ask as many questions as you need.

If you decide to proceed, we’ll confirm the project details, specifications, materials and proposed schedule.

You’ll also be given a dedicated point of contact for your project, so you always have someone you can speak to for updates, questions or changes throughout the process.

Once everything is ready, our team will begin the works.

Throughout the project, we aim to keep communication open and keep you informed of progress.

Once installation is complete, we’ll carry out a final inspection with you. Any snagging items identified will be addressed before the project is signed off.

After everything is complete, we’ll take final photographs of the finished project and, with your permission, showcase the transformation as part of our portfolio.

Clear communication. One dedicated contact. From the first conversation to the final finish.
